Returns & Refund Policy
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the transaction date.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned product.
• Customers must provide a reason for return when submitting a return request.

Due to the handmade nature of resin products:

• These variations are not considered defects

To maintain the quality of your resin products:
• Do not expose to high heat or direct sunlight for long periods
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
• Hand wash only when applicable
• Resin products are not microwave safe
• Avoid dropping items as resin may crack or break
Custom Orders
• Custom orders are final sale
• Production times may vary
• Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible
Shipping Policy
• Processing times is normally 5 business days and may vary depending on product availability
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
• Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged item and packaging and send them to our email: lafloreecreations@gmail.com
• We will review and provide replacement or refund if approved
